The truth is, women have roughly 16 times less testosterone, the hormone that is responsible for the large increases in muscle when men lift weights, than a man.
So this makes it clear that the majority of women do not have the capability to gain muscle like a man.
This is not to say you will not gain any muscle, you will, but this is what enhances curves, sculpts and shapes your body. The desired ‘toned’ look that you are most likely after.
So what I’m trying to say is…..
