Time to think about putting yourself first to get healthy this year!
Forget “New Year, New You” – that’s so 2019 😉
How about “New Year, All You”
The more people I coach, the more I get convinced that you HAVE TO put yourself first.
How about it? Will you consider putting yourself first in 2020?
I don’t mean cutting everyone else out.
You can put yourself first without becoming the type of person you’d hate…
Putting yourself first just means prioritising the important things. You know, the things which will keep you healthy, make you happy, and make life a more enjoyable experience! That’s all any of us want… right?
This might look like:
– prioritising your exercise sessions when you plan next week’s diary
– going to bed a bit earlier even if there’s stuff to be done around the house
– getting outside for a walk even if it means ignoring an email
Figure out what makes you happy and healthy.
Then put those things further up the priority list.
The world can wait. It’s time to put yourself first.
