You’ve been there, sitting in the office talking about the holiday soon approaching and that little bit of extra weight you need to shift when someone mentions that they really do not understand why they are overweight/carrying a few extra pounds.
They are ADAMANT that they do not eat that much.
You are sitting there is disbelief, judging them as gluttonous.
Surely he or she must eat until the cows come home.
I for one BELIEVE them, they probably DON’T eat that much…
BUT…. the problem is what they DO eat is very calorie dense.
This means that what they are eating is very high in calories and probably low in nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals & fibre.
Check out the photo, thats only 3 meals with one snack ad 2 drinks and it comes in at a pretty hefty 2598kcals.
For some people, this could mean that you could be OVEREATING by a massive 500kcals a day without even thinking you are eating that much.
