Find what MOTIVATES YOU!!

The more i work with clients, the more i realise that not EVERYONE wants to do it for themselves. I always thought this was something that needed to be changed as they weren’t doing it for the right reasons…..

Oh how things change.

I could get really deep into how intrinsic motivation out triumphs extrinsic motivation but i really don’t CARE where your motivation comes from.

Recent clients have absolutely NAILED their GOALS recently with ALL of them having extrinsic motivations.

The reasons they were striving towards that goal?

Holidays, Wedding Dresses, Operations (being told they need to lose weight).

Some have been a long term goal, working towards it for a FULL year.

Operation fit in to Wedding Dress is going well, albeit on lower calories than I am happy with but the time frame we have doesn’t allow my usual approach. (less flexibility)

I learn from ALL of my clients, i do not think I’ve taken the same approach with a client yet. That may change if its the same thing that makes them tick.

So, my question to you is…

What is YOUR reason for PURSUING your GOAL??
