Fat Burners: Burning a hole in your pocket.You’ve either seen or read the outlandish claims from supplement companies telling you how wonderful their new fat burning product is. Promising results like you’ve never seen before.

Their ingredients usually combine caffeine, green tea extract & L-Carnitine.

They are usually heavily priced, often £30-£40 for a months supply AND they ALL have this or something similar in the small print….
Will deliver unrivalled results if used as part of a balanced diet & exercise regime!!

Im pretty sure the balanced diet & exercise regime would do the job itself.

Whilst there is some research showing caffeine to boost metabolism and fat burning the effect is very small and over the long term would probably not be that impressive.

There is also some research showing that green tea extract can increase fat burning, although only when consumed with caffeine. This effect is also CANCELLED out if you already are a regular caffeine user.
There is little next to no evidence that L-Carnitine is beneficial for losing body fat.

Lets get one thing straight nothing can replace lifestyle change when it comes to losing body fat!!

So think twice and SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!
