The Harvester in Rainham, Medway has recently updated their menu to include the calorie (tiny creatures that live in your closet and sew your clothes a little bit tighter every night) content of the foods on the breakfast menu.

I’ve got a few recommendations for you…

Continental Breakfast –

2 Pancakes 258kcals
5 BIG dollops of Total Greek Yogurt 100kcals
2 dollops of Fruit Compote 60kcals

Total – 418kcals and only £2.99

If you can’t resist a Cooked Breakfast (I don’t blame you) –

1 Bacon 137kcals
1 Hash Brown 149kcals
Mushrooms 58kcals
2 Tomatoes 18kals
1 Poached Eggs 85kcals
Baked Beans 73kcals
1 Slice Wholemeal Bread/Toast 96kcals

Total – 616kcals and only £4.99

Moral of the story is that you CAN eat out and stay on track!!
