That ABS class ain’t doing jack….
Seriously, if you are spending 45-60 minutes on an ab session/class in your gym then i want you to think again.
Your time would be soooooooo much better spent working on improving your squats, deadlifts, press ups and chin ups.
If you have this confused look on your face right now as you’ve never heard of these exercises, then this is the first place you want to start.
Get a solid strength programme under your belt for a good 6 months and see the REAL results this gets you. I think you’d be amazed and frustrated that you didn’t do this sooner.

You know the response the nurse got… I can’t do sit ups.
Doing endless amount of exercises for abs won’t burn the fat that covers them.
You are much better off improving your daily diet, managing stress and improving sleep.
